Refund policy
Because jewellery is a personal and hygiene-sensitive item, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges under the conditions below:
1. Returns Due to Defects or Damage
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with:
– your order number
– a clear photo/video of the issue
We’ll replace the item or offer store credit.
2. Change of Mind / Wrong Size
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size, or style preference. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Non-Returnable Items
– Earrings
– Items worn, used, or showing signs of wear
– Sale items
– Custom pieces or made-to-order items
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued as store credit or exchange.
Refunds to original payment methods are only done if the product is defective and no replacement is available.
5. Return Shipping
For approved returns (faulty items), we cover the courier return. For any other scenario where an exception is made, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
