We currently ship within South Africa only.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive an email once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier.
Delivery Option
We offer Door delivery via The Courier Guy on all orders.
Standard nationwide delivery at a flat rate of R80.
The flat-rate shipping fee will appear at checkout.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
If you haven’t received your tracking details within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact us.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but hasn’t reached you, please email us within 48 hours on support@rameliajewels.co.za.
We will liaise with the courier on your behalf and keep you updated.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incorrect locker choice, or failed delivery attempts, a second shipping fee will be required to resend it.

All orders come with standard packaging.
